OUTDOORS
- Lawn neat (mowed, trimmed).
- Dead plants replaced. Shrubs pruned.
- Fresh paint if needed. Replace damaged bricks.
- Repair windows cracked or w/broken seal.
- Replace damaged / missing screens.
- Pool/Spa - make it sparkle.
- Patio- Keep it neat.
GARAGE
- Remove unnecessary items.
- Clean the floor and tidy the shelves.
BATHS
- Check caulking around tubs and showers.
- Replace or clean shower curtain.
- Repair leaking faucets. Re-grout tile if necessary.
- Clean out cabinets. Straighten out linen closets.

KITCHEN
- De-clutter and straighten pantry and cupboards.
- Replace counter tile grout if needed.
- Clean oven and wax floor.
- Be sure all sinks are clean.
LIVING AREAS
- Drapes and carpets clean.
- Apply paint as needed. Note: Neutral colors are best.
- Electrical system / plumbing in working order.
- Replace burnt out light bulbs.
- Wash windows inside and out.
CLOSETS
- Clothes neatly hung, lights operable.
- Shoes/loose items in boxes, neatly shelved.
- Remove extra shoes and out-of-season items.
